Easy-to-open polyurethane pouches guarantee perfect ingredients in precise amounts. Our Olive Oils come in easy pour, non slip plastic gallon containers, color coded to lessen product use errors.

Martinis' Brands also caters to businesses requiring product in volume with industrial-sized packaging. For those who prefer their product in traditional packaging, standard-sized tubs of product are also available.

The combination of our farm-grown Koroneiki olives, the special climate of Greece and its unique soil & light, unite to create our Greek Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Complex and full-bodied , a natural olive aroma and color, our olive oil adds a distinctive flavor sensation to salads, steamed vegetables, pizzas, baked goods and many more dishes. We meticulously hand pick our olives for these oils. Hand picking ensures both a low acidity level and a high quality of flavor. Made from the first, gentle pressing of olives, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an acidity level of less than 0.5%.

Kalamata Olives, the dark eggplant color of these rich olives complement their earthly and fruity aroma. In whole form, a large almond shaped olive, with a strong distinct flavor. These olives are tree ripened to develop their best characteristic flavor. Our olives are free from artificial color and artificial flavor. The Kalamata Olives we produce are available in the following forms:

Our Greek Green Olives

In whole form, a large oblong shaped olive, light to dark green in color with a slightly salty flavor. These olives are preserved in a mixture of brine, salt and water. The end result is the perfect balance of the strong, tangy flavor that Greece is known for, a crisp, firm texture that leaves you wanting more. The Greek Green Olives we produce are available in the following forms:

8 star Balsamic Vinegar: this balsamic vinegar has a rich brown color and a slightly woody bouquet. It is quite dense and clings to the food on which it is drizzled. We recommend this product especially with raw fruits and vegetables to bring out the fresh flavors of the earth’s bounty.

12 star Balsamic Vinegar: this is a product that is fully matured in wooden casks. This wood imparts special flavors and the luminescent color to the vinegar. It has a robust taste, a smooth sweet and sour balance and should be used directly on the food to be eaten. Paired with our superior Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it is simply delicious!
